Uh it holds about uh 400 people, so um that's about it. But I I think this what's important about it is that now that this is becoming more quote official with Congress and the White House, uh, due to a lot of work for well, we've been actually doing this for 35 years. Um, but the public part of this didn't start till 2001.

Yeah, it's amazing because you know, 2001, I um I'm trying to remember what I was doing, why I came in the house, but I came in the house and I turned the TV on, and CNN comes on. Right, and it's in the middle of the afternoon, is a press club, and you're standing at the podium at the press club announcing these very courageous and brave men that were willing to come forward, former military veterans, uh, former nuclear scientists, security officers, and specialists that came forward, and that day I saw one of the most amazing things I'd ever seen. I'd never thought I'd witness anything like what you presented that day to see these men with some of the toughest jobs to get in the world. I mean, the job of having the ability to arm nukes, that guy got up and spoke, right? So and it's like when they speak, you have to listen to them because how many people are walking around with the nuclear codes?

Well, and and also the guy, remember we had a gentleman there, uh Sergeant Stone, who was on a crash retrieval team who handled the bodies and retrieved both living and dead, extraterrestrial uh biological entities, as they're called, Evans. And uh that was uh you know all the way back in the 60s. And he has since passed away. What's was so important about that event is that uh to this date, including the hearings that have happened uh in Congress, there had been no collection of whistleblowers as important as those. And then the ones that you're gonna see this May 8th will be updating it several clicks higher because they're ones who have been present when the man-made UFOs have been used in criminal operations, including human and child trafficking. Uh, and by the way, this has all been hand over to uh uh law enforcement, and there are major investigations going on that are uh uh let's say confidential uh about that because it involves a great deal of criminal activity. So one of the things that we're gonna make sure of is that as all this comes out, that number one, we present that the ETs, the non-human life forms, are totally benign and non-hostile. We're also gonna show the evidence of the human, man-made UFOs, the so-called alien reproduction vehicles, engaging in abductions with all kinds of weird-looking creatures and robotics that look like aliens that aren't. They're the what they're called the fake aliens. And most people in the UFO arena think those are the actual ones and they're not. And we have people, uh, for example, one of the the men that uh has recently come forward is a Green Beret, who was at a uh special uh operations uh in the Middle East, I can't say what country, and he saw the tic-tac that you all have heard about that's been all over the news sitting on the tarmac being ready to be deployed. And most people don't realize that that was not an alien or non-human craft, that was a Lockheed Skunk Works device, and we have evidence for it all the way back. In fact, we just released this book. This is a book called Disclosure and Illustrated History, yeah, and it it goes through uh all a whole lot of the crash retrieval cases, but also in there are multiple military uh eyewitnesses all the way back to the 1960s of that tic-tac. Um and so we had two of those. Now we have a third, and that Greenberry testimony will be there at uh the National Press Club. That gentleman also saw in uh Indiana, went to an underground facility, to an a place that was called the Off-World Technology Office, deep underground, and saw ET artifacts and materials there. It's pretty amazing uh information. And so we're gonna have several of these new military whistleblowers, but dealing with some extraordinary high-tech information. Because what we want to be sure is I know that the president is being advised to keep secret the fact that we have these technologies, uh, but I think they have, for in my opinion, is since they've been using criminal activities where they have victimized civilians, they no longer have the right to keep that secret. It has to come out. Otherwise, people are left with the wrong idea that all those horrible things have been done by the extraterrestrials, and they haven't. They've been done by CIA operations and corporate operations working nefariously in a covert program that's been run unconstitutionally. So that is something we're gonna be sure the public knows about.

Yeah, it'd be good to see you. Yeah, it'd be great to see you again, man. It's been a while since we we got a chance to get together. I just recently saw that, you know, one of the congressmen, Matt Gates, was talking about uh, you know, former, former congressman, I'm sorry. Uh, you know, this potential hybridization, abduction, that they, you know, some way people were being abducted off the streets of uh of America, maybe, maybe with this fake alien uh invasion or fake alien abduction, uh, potentially for hybridization or breeding of some type. Do you know anything about that?

Oh, yeah. I've had detailed information since the 1990s on that. Wow. And this is one of the problems is that uh it's a bit complicated, but we have some time. Let me explain what that program is. Yeah. Uh everyone knows uh who studied this with us that we have the uh zero point energy and anti-gravity systems down. What people have forgotten about is that there's been a similar level of advancement in the biological sciences that's very covert. And I was told about this because I'm a medical doctor uh back in the 90s by some people who worked in those programs where they were taking, for example, you've heard of all the cattle mutilations and all the animal mutilations. That was going on by covert human programs getting uh biological material to be used as a culture to grow cells from captured both usually alive uh extraterrestrials that we damned their ships with uh directional energy weapons, and then had their bodies. And then they would use humans that had been abducted from many places, including other uh foreign locations overseas, and they would then create uh these weird um sort of like a Frankenstein creature that looks like an alien, but actually in the cerebral cortex, they have uh integrated circuits. So they're under complete control of their uh operators, but they would they would fool 99.99999% of the public that it's an actual alien. In fact, it they would fool the politicians and and the people in Congress. So I'm very glad, you know, we've started providing this information to members of Congress way back, actually. And you have to remember our some of the briefings I've done that have been in a SCIF, which is a secure compartment information facility. I have handed over all the uh 760 top secret whistleblowers and military guys. We only will have about 120 that have come out publicly, right? When named the rest want to remain uh secret, but we've given all that information over to law enforcement and to the White House and to Congress and to the key committees, Senate Intelligence, uh Armed Services, House Oversight, et cetera. So it's taken some time, but now there are key members of Congress currently, like Congressman Burleson and Burchett, uh, but also former Congressman Gates, who have now dug into this and have discovered, you know, excuse my language, but a lot of them have told me they're having an oh shit moment where they realize everything we were putting out in the 1990s is true, and that there is this grand deception that uh Werner von Braun, who invented the rocket for Adolf Hitler, said just before he died, uh, he said that they would fake an alien threat to keep getting money for the military-industrial complex and to uh try to create uh a totalitarian world around fighting aliens instead of having real universal peace. So he knew this. And in fact, the woman who was his spokesperson for the last five years of his life, uh Carol Rosen, is still living. She's uh about 80 years old, and uh she may be there remotely if we can get it set up so she can pipe in with some updated information that she never revealed from her long association with Werner Von Braun. And remember, this was the first rocket scientist. He invented the rocket, the V2 rocket during World War II. So um, you know, we knew uh long time ago that we were doing these sort of experiments on both humans and non-humans. And and uh now there are other creatures, there's a whole category of the ones that look like the grays that are actually robotics. And if you see them move, they're very jerky and they're actually robotics, but they have what looks like skin. But we had one of our recent whistleblowers knock one down when it was trying to abduct him because they were trying to get him to shut up, and it tore this fake skin open, and underneath were all these fiber optics and integrated circuits in what should have been the chest cavity. So I know this sounds like science fiction to people, but it isn't. Uh, and people have to remember that there has been a compelling agenda uh that's all false to try to convince people of a threat from outer space, because the the this was a grand uh scheme concocted in the 1950s uh to try to eventually create sort of a unified world, but not in peace, but in fear and war. So it's the opposite of what we need. We need universal peace and a time of prosperity and a real golden era. But what they want to have is sort of a dystopian um totalitarian military unification of the world around a fake threat from outer space. That's been the agenda around UFOs since about 1953.

I mean, it's well, you know, some of the things that spill over into science fiction. Um, there was used to be a show, I don't know if it's still on Netflix, I never saw it called Stranger Things. But that was based on some information we released a long time ago about the Montauk projects, where they were creating these fake aliens and fake creatures that got some of them got loose out there on Long Island at Montauk, the eastern Long Island. And actually, we've actually had our team once we were near Joshua Tree and uh a black ops team, we saw their SUVs, released one of these and it climbed all over the house of uh some of the people that were on my team, just trying to fool them and scare them. Uh and of course, we knew immediately it was a covert operation.

Right, right. You know, there's we have obviously we're living in a universe where there's a lot of life. Um, and we have been visited before, obviously, as you would definitely agree. What percentage of the UFOs that we see or the UAPs that we see, what percentages do you think are ours and what percentages are theirs?

SPEAKER_01 17:04

I think at this point in 2026, it's probably at least 80% are ours. Uh, and because uh the ones that are non-human have to be very careful about being in this dimension 3D, uh, because we have weapon systems that are in space and on land and in the air and on the sea that are very powerful electromagnetic pulse weapons. You know, those of you who remember the first atomic blast, there was a big electromagnetic pulse that went out. And that has been harnessed without the nuclear explosion, but within that EMP, as it's called, is a scalar signal, which is um goes beyond the speed of light. It's it's instead of a waveform uh like most electromagnetic fields, it's a straight, it's a point that goes out in a straight line without the waveform through the vacuum, the quantum vacuum, at multiples of the speed of light. And so those have been weaponized, and that's how we've been knocking the ET craft down. And I think this is the other big problem we're facing is that how long will the patience and largesse of these civilizations last? Because we have developed systems that go beyond the speed of light. Uh, it's like a quantum entanglement potential weapon that is a threat to other places. So, you know, it's interesting because Hollywood and the UFO subculture always presents the aliens as the scary bad guys. In reality, I hate to tell you, it's the humans that are the scary bad guys. And I'd always tell people, it's like the Michael Jackson song, you know, A Man in the look in the mirror. Yeah. If you want to see where the frickin' problem is, look in the mirror. So I think this is something that has to be understood because if it one of the things we warned in the briefing for the president and members of Congress is that if this subject comes out the way it's been maneuvered and manipulated to be, it would be a thousand times worse in COVID. It would be a thousand times worse in 9-11. And so we have to be sure that disclosure is guided to be truthful and positive and hopeful. Um, and if you get on my website, you'll see I've also written a sample speech for world leaders to give that has been provided to various leaders around the world. But um, because I'm not, I mean, I'm just a private citizen, basically. Um, but I think those people who are just beginning to learn about it, like the president, like the secretary of war, um, uh like the vice president, who erroneously a couple weeks ago was on a very large podcast, the uh Benny Johnson show there in Tampa, Florida, and uh erroneously said that the uh the UFOs were demons and they were demonic. And I said, Oh my God. So a week later, I went on the Benny Johnson show and said, and corrected that. I said, Yeah, because Benny Johnson is a friend with the vice president. Uh they're they're close. And I said, no, I said, but let's think about this. To everyone listening, imagine I'm down the road, down the road from where my farm is here in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, is Thomas Jefferson's house. Now imagine if you were to go with this phone and this setup or uh an iWatch or something and show Thomas, it would be supernatural. I mean, and if you were in Salem, Massachusetts, they'd burn you at the stake as a witch. Um, so what has happened with these uh, you know, they're lawyers and they're business people, and it's not to put them down, but they don't have any scientific training. And you're dealing with technologies that are thousands to millions of years more advanced than what the B-2 stealth bomber is. And so because they're so advanced, they look supernatural to people who don't understand the science. And this is a big gap we have to close. We have to bring the public, but also our policymakers and world leaders up, if not a granular level of the physics, at least a general understanding of the physics and why they appear and disappear the way they do and teleport. We understand this, quite frankly. My team does, and the scientists I work with. But you know, this is why uh the vice president erroneously said, well, they're moving in a way that we don't understand, therefore, it has to be supernatural, therefore it's demonic. I'm going, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait. You know, these are a bunch of wild assumptions, and you can't have that coming out of the White House. So uh I corrected that right away. You know, I'm not shy about you know, putting the truth back out. But this is the danger of the moment, Billy, is that if this if this information comes out as a holy war or some stupid superstitious rubbish, we're done. I mean, it it can't happen. So we have to be very vigilant, and all of us need to have our voices combined uh into the path of reason and science and genuine spirituality and not superstition. Yeah, and by the way, one of the things we're going to be presenting is the evidence of this bugosphere from Colombia. Uh, I I've been uh sort of the lead scientist on that. I've gone down several times to Mexico City where my friend Jaime Mason has it. That thing is real, and it's 12, it's 12,560 years old. We did the carbon dating on the uh portals around the equator where there's a resin material, organic material. And that's how you get the carbon. And the metal, the metallurgy we did is an alloy that doesn't exist on earth. In fact, um it it has uh rare earth components in it that didn't exist until the late 1800s. Early 1900s, but the Vugosphere itself is 12,560 years old. That's crazy.

Because that age takes us back to the younger dryas incident where this uh catastrophe, right? You know, this huge object crashed into the ice above Syria, created this regional, potentially partially global flood situation.

Yep. Yeah, right, brought it into like a golden age, at least, or some kind of age where we saw a lot of these megalithic structures being built. And then out of this, we have this device, which I did a podcast on a year ago, and it was went viral. This yours went super viral, uh, about this object, this Bugosphere, which flies around. It's almost like an observation device. Or have you come up with any other idea or understanding of what its purpose is?

SPEAKER_01 23:48

Yeah, it is. Uh, we we've been able to determine that there are microscopic fiber optic systems in it. Um we are about to do what's called a micro CT scan on it. Oh, those are now we've already done a CT scan, but that's like you would I would do on a human head or body, which is not gonna give you the information. But a micro CT scan, like if you were to put a Nikon camera in there, you would see every bolt, washer, wire, everything. So we're gonna put this thing through uh our radiological teams here in America found a location in Mexico that has a micro CT, a very good one, that's used in aerospace applications. And it's gonna go through that system, and then we're gonna be able to see a lot of details in there. Uh, and uh there are also some other tests that we're going to be doing, uh, but after the May 8th event. But for May 8th at National Press Club again, we should have these results if all goes well, and that will reveal a great deal. I have some um engineers as well as some uh top drawer radiologists that'll be looking at it with me. I'm I mean I'm a trauma emergency doctor, but I can read CT scans, but you know, it's not my forte. Um but so the other important thing is you're right, people don't realize that around the time that bugosphere was made was at the end of the last ice age, and there was this huge event that happened. What's fascinating is that around that same time as when they found there were mastodons in Siberia, that that the climate changed so rapidly, it went from subtropical, and then it they found freeze-dried material in the mastodons where it went from subtropical to Siberian sub-zero instantly, not over years, but like right away. And so this cataclysmic event uh is interesting that these are from that era. And I what I suspected is it's either an extraterrestrial device, and and there are a whole bunch of them now that have been filmed, 12 of them. Yes, and there it's either something that's being triggered by some sort of magnetic field or geomagnetic instability that's being picked up, or something from mountain space being picked up, because they used to have been dormant. I don't think they've been activated. I call it the bugosphere activations, and I think they're being activated because I think we're coming into another period where there could be a lot of changes on the earth. And uh some of them might be man-made because we've been messing up the environment so severely for 150 years of carbon-based oil and whatnot. And uh, you know, I always remind people, let me explain to you why the why we're fighting in Iran and the Middle East. Oil. The only the only relevant national security interest over there is oil. But guess what? We I did a movie, it came out a few years ago called The Lost Century. We proved that we haven't needed oil or gas for 100 years, at least 100 years. So the bugosphere, what's interesting is that there's no nuclear power plant in it, there's no radiation from it, uh, nuclear radiation, there's electromagnetic radiation. Um, that and it also, when it landed, it got near a high voltage line and shorted out and landed, didn't just crash and it disabled its circuitry. But when it was first landed, it was two kilograms, about four four and a half pounds. Now it weighs 22 pounds. And it so that is and the scientists in Mexico City didn't understand how that happened. And I explained what a mass cancellation anti-gravity system is, which does actually change the mass of an object, and it's the electromagnetic field effect. So we know that whatever is in there, even though it's not functioning like it should, because it got shorted out, it got very close to a 10,000 volt power line and going zap. But the truth of it is that that interior, which at some point we want to go in with a fiber optic scope, uh, then that would be the next step. In fact, I went down there in December with the outgoing mayor of New York City, uh Eric Adams, uh, to do that. And that, but they weren't ready for us to penetrate the shell and go in there. But we eventually we we should do that, but it'd have to be under very careful conditions. Yeah. Um but but yeah, so we're gonna do a whole part of the National Press Club event on that, because to my knowledge, this is the first time an artifact like that has not been confiscated by the special forces or CIA and has been investigated by us. Um, and it's the real thing. Now, most people, the other thing about it, which is interesting, you know, before I was a medical doctor, I was a meditation teacher.

And the writing around the top of it is a type of proto-Sanskrit. And Sanskrit, the Vedas are in Sanskrit, and I used to tutor people in Sanskrit. So I bel and I always knew that the Sanskrit originated from another star system. Most people don't realize that. It's the it's the root of all Indo-European languages, is Sanskrit. And all Indo-European languages evolved from Sanskrit, but this is an early version of it called Proto-Sanskrit. So, you know, this thing is quite interesting. This Bugasphere is fascinating. So we're gonna have a whole section on that. The new military whistleblowers, the Green Beret guys. Um, there's another Marine who was at a um 29 palms when his platoon was sent out, and there was a massive triangle with a black ops team, humans under it, that uh you know, and as well as of course Michael Herrera. And then there's an update that you don't know about with you know, when you were there, but you didn't know this happened. There was uh I there was a very covert guy who works in a uh black site southwest who uh uh I invited to come incognito to that event three years ago, and with his security guy. Um and he's very senior and he's oper he's operational. Um had been Delta Force and JSOC and then corporate. Um, and I've been at that facility, I've been in his helicopter, I've been at the underground where the underground openings are for the Lockheed Skunk Works and Northern Grumman uh facilities. But what's interesting is that he immediately recognized that what uh uh Michael Herrera had seen in Indonesia in 2009. That was the floating box? Yeah, well, no, no, no, that's DC long. This was the big octagonal ship that was at 300 feet across. And there were these crated up boxes that had like little HVC units on it, like air can those he thought they were trans Herrera thought they were transporting drugs, they were transporting kidnapped, abducted people to be used in experimentation. And this man immediately blew up my phone. He says, We need to talk. So I went to the green room. You didn't know this. I went to the green room with him and he pulled out all this information. I went, oh my God, it's worse than we thought. So these objects, so this is also going to be disclosed at the National Press Club event on May 8th, and more of it on May 9th at that longer, because we have four hours instead of an hour and a half. But I think people need to understand that these operations are extremely dark. And the ETs have been victims, humans have been victims, and what we're recommending is that U.S. law enforcement, national security who now know about this. And I can't go into any detail, but I'm working very closely with these people in government. Uh, we have a whole team of people that that we're funding. And one of the things we also need is support funding for what we're doing. Because we have a whole group of people who have left the military who are investigators going to these black sites and getting information to law enforcement and to uh White House and national security people. Um so I think that that you know when people look at this, they go, Oh, well, almost 90% of everything you think you know about UFOs has been staged as a psychological warfare operation. And the truth of it's gotten covered up by the huge amount of false disinformation. And I think we have to make that very clear now that this is all about to come out officially, uh as ordered by the president. And we'll we have to be very careful because, like I said, if this comes out the wrong way, we're done. Our civilization is done.

Yeah, yeah. It seems like um they they have these non-human entities, these alien beings. Do you think that all of them are being held against their will or some free to go?

SPEAKER_01 33:09

100% they are. Oh wow. One of the myths is that they're there cavorting and cooperating. Uh no, that is not true. The one the ones that look like they're cooperating, that some people who've seen, they were remember how compartmented. Let me back this up. You can be working in an area at a black site and you know one little sliver of what's going on because it's highly compartmentalized. Now, my job is to be to debrief over a thousand type of these different witnesses and whistleblowers over the years and put the whole picture together. So that's different. That's that's intelligence analysis and making a comprehensive assessment. So that's the disclosure project's main purpose. It because no one has the whole picture until you get to a very, very high level of operations. And even then, they don't have the ET part of the picture, which we do. Because oh, and by the way, we just released a new documentary called CE5, and it's uh it's called CE5, the New Frontier in Contact. And uh, I mean it when it first came out, it was number three on iTunes. So you may want to see that, you guys, because that's what I'm telling people is that after all this gets disclosed, now what? Well, now what is that we need to start bringing out the free energy technologies? We'd have to start an ambassador peaceful program. So close encounters of the fifth kind is when humans initiate peaceful contact with these civilizations. And it needs to happen by the people first because you know, for our diplomats and our world leaders, they're just getting their minds around the idea that we're not alone. And they don't understand the fact that these civilizations are communicating with telepathy and machine uh devices that look like our phone or computer that interface with thought. I mean, they literally are a technology consciousness interface system, and those have been fully developed by all interstellar civilizations because the distances are so vast you can't do it at the speed of light, which is what you and I are talking at speed of light, which is fine here on Earth. But if you're from a star system a million light years away, that dog don't hunt, as we say in North Carolina. That ain't gonna happen, right? So it just is too slow. Uh you can't use the speed of light. But so what happens? Here's the big question for people like JD Vance and others, uh, and and people who are religious. What happens? Where are you when you go beyond the speed of light? Well, you're in that area that's very close to what the mystics used to call the astral world and the energy of the astral ghost body or what have you. And it isn't that it's supernatural, it's just an extension of the physics. And so this gets into this whole science of consciousness and where it interfaces with interstellar systems. Uh, and so you can see how complex this is. If you're a lawyer or a politician or a business person who don't even just now you're finding out we're not alone in the universe, what I just said, it's like zing, you know, they're gonna zone out, you know. But so that's why those like the people who follow your work who are conscious and enlightened, they need to be doing CE5. We have an app called CE5 Contact, and it train it trains you in this whole system. And I I recommend people get that and form a team wherever you live. First of all, the ETs will show up in some form, and secondly, it tells them that there are enlightened good people on earth and not everyone's trying to kill them, right? Right. We need to send that message out there, right? Yeah, and we can do it, it's very easy to connect to our conscious thoughts, correct, and they will, but you have to reach out, you know. They're they're they're very non-invasive. What's interesting, you know, I have done this for since I first had an onboard ET experience when I was 18. And that's when I created the CE5 protocol with the ETs, quite frankly. Um, and it was six months after I had a near-death experience, so I understood consciousness and all that. And so what what what I realized is that they're waiting for us to be peaceful and civilized and reach out to them, right? So what I mean, and but they're not gonna just invade and force it. No, the only the only time they're gonna force anything is that if we destroy the whole planet and they have to, but you know, like if there was some geophysical catastrophe or a massive thermonuclear exchange, they're gonna intervene. But short of that, they're gonna wait for us to become more awake and more enlightened and reach out to them. But we need a we need a pioneering group, a frontier group. That's why we called this movie CE5 New Frontier and Contact, where instead of it just accidentally happened, we're organizing diplomatic ambassador teams, uh, CE5 contact teams, to go out and do this contact work because it tells the ETs that there are really good people on planet Earth.

And yes, we have to report it, we have to be aware of it, but at the same time, we got to recognize that there still are 8 billion people on this planet. And I personally believe, just as you probably do, that at our core, not all of those people are dark and evil. There's a there's a vast majority of us that just want peace, joy, happiness, and love. That's most humans. Just want, you know, if you're driving now, I've been in a situation driving down the highway and seeing a person in a car accident. Yeah. And what I witnessed, including within my own self, me and four of the people pulled over. We raced to that car. We didn't know their race, their color, their religion, their beliefs, their politics, you know, what they believe in politics, red, blue, green, whatever. We didn't, we didn't care. We only cared when we save this person. So you see the humanity come out in these situations. So I that brightened something up for me to recognize that at our core, most people want to love, want to be of service to others, want to help, want to uplift. And uh, it's only those dark forces and that elite group that oligarchs that really are doing this divide and conquer and playing this illusion over us, and that that that has us, you know, some of us being pulled around like puppets.

But see, we we have to be spirit warriors to stand those people down, yeah, right? Because those are they're called high functioning sociopaths. Yeah, so about four and a half percent of the human American population are known as or sociopaths. And uh of that number, there's a smaller number that are very high functioning and effective. Um, but you know, I mean the four and a half percent of 330 million people is 14 or 15 million people, but you don't need that many high-functioning sociopaths like Adolf Hitler or whoever to be able to create a lot of problems, right? So, but but this is where when good people do nothing, evil prevails. You know, that's a lesson from the Holocaust. So I think we have to say, okay, we have to be the good people, but we got to have the courage to speak the truth and stand up to these thugs. And it's been hard for me. I've been doing this for 35 years and left my medical career to do it. Um, and I know I've had several people on my team assassinated, I've had several assassination attempts. Um, but you know, I tell people we're gonna have to come together. There's strength in numbers, security in numbers. And uh, you know, you have members of Congress even openly saying things like, I've heard and seen things that I'm really scared. And I know this happened to members of the Senate Intelligence Committee after we got everything to them. They went, Jesus Christ, you know, I'm scared to push on this because that group is so powerful. But I go, no, you can't, yeah. I mean, I'll be honest with people, the entire US government, the whole constitutional legal government, yeah, against this illegal black government, let's call it, this covert illegal is is the David and the covert illegal programs are the Goliath, because they've got thousands of years of technology more advanced than what the president and the these people have access or knowledge of, except well, until recently. Now they're they're very aware of this now, believe it or not. We have really gotten through. But then the question is is there the courage to follow through? And this is where the public and what we're doing with the public disclosure project is so important, is that we need to, they need to hear from us. And uh you're you're members of Congress, or if you're in another country, you're members of parliament, your your head of state, whether it's president or primary, they need to hear from people and say, hey, we've we've learned this is true, this is coming out, and we need you to be on the side of the angels here and have the courage to go up against these covert programs and get them stood down. So one of the executive orders that we did for the president was that he put into place a special operations team to stand down those kind of rogue elements. And um uh that was uh this was put directly in the president's hand, by the way. This thing I wrote. So but uh and oh, but if you want, your your viewers might be interested. Right, that's the power of the people. And it can be it needs to be peaceful, like Gandhi and India and Martin Luther King Jr. And it needs to be though, where we come together and say, we want the truth out, we want the new energy out, and we want peaceful contact with these civilizations, and we want to stop shooting at them, stop downing them with these electromagnetic weapons. So I think that's what the people need to step forward and demand it.

We're still looking. And uh I just was texting someone today who's a senior scientist at a very big corporation, that's all I'll say. But you know, he started working on one and then he got threatened four times. I say, hey, look, man, if you get threatened, let me know who they are because I'll hand them over to the people I'm working with in law enforcement and we'll grab them up. Um, you know, he said, Really? I said, Oh, yes, absolutely we will. So anyone listening who actually has a system like that or can make one, I couldn't have said this two or three years ago. The last time I did the event in 2023, now we have in place absolutely the ability to do that. So um now, you know, I now one thing I want to be clear on the the anti-gravity propulsion systems, that that's gonna have to wait a while to come out because that can be turned into a missile. You really don't want terrorists to have something that'll go from Mogadishu or Tehran to Miami in two or three minutes, right? Yeah, uh with a dirty bomb or something. So the the things that fly are going to have to come out later, but something that would run your house, your car, your business with no energy cost and free energy from the zero point, that needs to come out immediately.

Um it it's exciting if you don't understand what exists in the classified world. Uh but it's like the Artemis event that just happened. Yeah. Before most of your listeners were born, probably. So it's like, where are we going? We're going backwards here. And remember, we haven't needed rockets.

Yeah, well, this is we've been documenting this for decades. I mean, this is why Nikola Tesla was killed. Um, it's why uh General George S. Patton was killed. He he went over and got the early electropravidic disc from Adolf Hitler along with Paul Mellon and Alan Dulles, and he was advocating that that technology would be great for humanity, and he kept pushing on that so they set up an automobile accident and killed him. This is what happened. I know this for a fact because I'm I I know the grandson of Paul Mellon, who was one of the few billionaires at the end of World War II. And so one of the problems, you know, when you look at this, is who's going to protect the people wanting to do the right thing for the world, right? This is why I keep saying, where's the FBI? Where are the federal marshals? Where is the US government in protecting people who have heroically developed wonderful technologies and they have been disappeared or murdered or what have you through all kinds of means or imprisoned without any justice, none whatsoever. So this is a big problem, Billy. And I think that, you know, they're so thuggish to preserve their thousand trillion dollars in oil and mineral and uh electric power grid and all that. Uh, but you know, at a certain point, we're destroying the planet and we're leaving most of the world in poverty. Most people don't know the statistic that came out from The Economist uh uh magazine in United Kingdom, London. And it it said that it proved that there were three billion people on Earth out of the eight billion, don't even have energy to cook their food. Goodness. Nothing. Three billion. Okay. So how are we going to go forward as a people where you and I live very comfortably, but then you have three billion people that literally are having to chop down rainforest or desert scrubs to get charcoal to cook their food because they have zero energy resources. So you're not going to fix that with a solar panel or a windmill. You're going to have to bring out these space age high-tech energy technologies, which have been around for 100 years. Uh, and I think it's an act of great humanity and compassion to bring them out, but it takes a lot of courage because you're standing up against literally more than a thousand trillion dollars in assets and asset managers. And those people mean business. They want to protect their little fifdom. Um and it's all about power and money. You know, it's it's it's not about the truth or what's right for humanity. And this is where you need leadership. Because if we had really true leaders, and this is where I'm very encouraged by some of the people in Congress who are taking this on, even though now they know enough to be reasonably frightened, but they're really pushing on this and to their credit. And we'll see how far the White House goes on this, so we can keep it on track. Uh, I hope it isn't something where they say, oh, we looked into and there's nothing there. They were goblins and fairies and demons. You know, that that we don't want to have happen, and that's why we're doing this this national press club. It's just not gonna happen. I mean, to me, that's the signal, the message that I got from that action. They didn't do it at one flight, they did it around the world at different flights. They made themselves well known back then, and they they let us know that listen, we can control these weapons, we can deactivate them, and uh, and then the officer would have to go in, not the officer, but the the specialist would have to go in and reactivate the codes, you know.
