That you're putting out a frequency or a desire, I want more money. Good. So you're putting that out, but you feel like there's a headwind. You feel like there's something invisible there that's holding you back. You almost feel like you're swimming upstream, or you feel like you're walking up a mountain and you get a thousand pounds on your back. There's something that's wrong, and you know it. But I'm gonna give you one one probably the greatest kept money-making success secret of all time, which you cannot find in any book on success or making money that I don't think anywhere, and that is this your income is always the average of the five people you spend the most time with. You actually become identical to the five people you spend the most time with. The number one emotion that you need to have if you want to attain things in life, achieve success, is disgust. You have to find something in your life that disgusts you, that you will not tolerate anymore, that you will not stand for another minute, but nobody can push your buttons because you don't have any buttons to push. This is what gives you power. Some people call this how to control the mind. So that's the whole genre of attitude. It's your attitude, not your aptitude that determines your altitude in life, my good friend Zig Ziggler. It was all about attitude, about thinking, about vibration, about your brain is actually a broadcaster and receiver of frequencies.
SPEAKER_00Really? So I hope y'all are listening to what this man is saying. He's talking about epigenetics, something that had been talked about for the last 30 years that initially it was uh scoffed at by the academic and scientific community. Hey, what's up, everybody? It's Billy Carson, aka Forbidden Knowledge. I wanted to talk to you guys today about the 12-day forbidden tour to Egypt. This is not your average Egypt tour. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity hosted by myself, Billy Carson. We're gonna go beyond the Taurus traps. We've secured private closed door access to the Sphinx, the Assyrian Temple, the Esna Temple, the Serapium, and also the Step Pyramid in Sakara. Of course, we're gonna visit the Great Pyramid and spend a lot of time in there doing great meditations and exploring underneath the shafts, deep beneath the pyramid itself. You'll stay in the five-star hotel. We're also gonna cool down the nile in complete luxury on our brand new ship. Every day is packed with sacred site visits, exclusive lectures, ancient wisdom, gourmet food, and of course, spiritual connections. And you're gonna create incredible friends that will last a lifetime, I guarantee it. Last year, over 100 people joined us, and every single one of them left completely changed forever. Now, only a handful of seats remain, so make sure you hurry up and join us on this amazing journey before it sells out. If you've ever dreamed about walking the path of the ancients, now is your chance. Make sure you register today to reserve your spot before it's all gone. I can't wait to see you in Egypt. It's gonna be amazing. I guarantee it's gonna change your life. Tonight we're gonna go into one of the most controversial and misunderstood subjects in human history. We're gonna be talking about manifestation. Is your life happening to you, or is it responding to the frequency, focus, beliefs, and emotional patterns that you may be carrying every single day? For thousands of years, ancient mystery schools taught that the mind is all, and that you're not just a passive observer in reality. They taught that emotion, visualization, gratitude, and spoken word are creative forces. Today, modern psychology is finally starting to explain pieces of that ancient wisdom through attention, neuroplasticity, expectation identity, habit formation, and even goal-directed behavior. But here's the controversial question: are we simply challenging our mindset, or are we actually participating in the construction of reality itself? Are we co-creators? Tonight I'm sitting down with Kevin Trudeau, a living legend. We're gonna talk about manifestation, gratitude, alchemy, the subconscious mind, and the hidden mechanics of creating the life that you desire. We're not gonna go into health claims, we're going into the power of the mind, the power of focus, and the ancient science of becoming the person who can hold the reality that you're trying to manifest. It's gonna be a great talk tonight, and I'm gonna bring up my great, great guest, the living legend, Kevin Trudeau.
SPEAKER_01Well, thank you much uh very much for that fantastic introduction. I appreciate it. Glad to be here.
SPEAKER_00Oh man, it's an honor to have you on here. I've read all your books, uh, studied your work, watched a lot of your YouTube videos and your content for so many years. It's almost a little bit kind of surreal to be here, uh, you know, talking to you on the podcast. Fantastic. Yeah. Now, for my listeners and viewers who might not know exactly who you are, you know, because there's 8 billion people on Earth, give them a quick summary of your work and how you got into this.
SPEAKER_01Well, most people know me uh if you were around during the 90s as the infomercial king. I produced more winning infomercials uh than anybody else in history. A lot of people don't know. I own three TV networks in Europe, mining operations for precious metals in uh Australia, and a whole host of other companies. It's generated billions and billions and billions and billions of dollars worth of sales over the decades. But most people know me today because of the most recent book, Your Wish is Your Command, How to Manifest Your Desires, which is really being called The Think and Grow Rich of Our Time. I I didn't write this book as a business. You know, there's a lot of great people out there, and I know most of them that teach manifesting uh the law of attraction, how to make money, how to create the life you want. But at the end of the day, their business is selling books or selling audio courses or selling seminars on success and manifesting. And there's nothing wrong with that. The difference is I actually generated billions of dollars in real business before I ever gave a lecture on how to manifest. In other words, I kind of did it first. And there's a there's a big distinction there, a big difference. And so today I'm really uh semi-retired and I'm teaching people what worked for me, what was taught to me. I did not invent any of this or discover it. And what I talked taught to my inner circle, hundreds of people that have become multimillionaires, by understanding that you can think and grow rich, as Napoleon Hill uh titled his original book back in the third of the century on how to manifest goals, dreams, and desires.
SPEAKER_00Wow, powerful stuff. And when you say that people can create their own reality, because I I teach this as well and I talk about, but people need to hear it from different voices, different perspectives. When you say people create their reality, do you mean literally, psychologically, spiritually, or all of the above?
SPEAKER_01Well, it's an interesting, interesting topic because if you look today, and if you go back to think and grow rich, it was thinking, it was all about attitude because the reason that book was so significant, when it came out, nobody was talking about attitude or the way you think. They were all talking about the skills you had, the talent you had, and what you did, the work you put in. It was all action-based. Very successful people understood that you had to get your thinking correct first so that the actions produced results. So, thus the whole genre of attitude. It's your attitude, not your aptitude that determines your altitude in life, my good friend Zig Ziggler. It was all about attitude, about thinking, about vibration, about your brain is actually a broadcaster and receiver of frequency, and everything in the universe vibrates. And if you broadcast a certain frequency of what you want the correct way, then the universe will begin to change and vibrate. And then what you want actually wants you. It actually comes in and like a magnet is pulled in. You're actually like a success magnet, you're pulling that in. So that was taught, and now, unfortunately, that's all that's taught. It's about manifesting, it's about the law of attraction. Now, watch this. I don't, I never was taught manifesting or the law of attraction. What I was taught was how to set a goal and achieve it, how to create the life you want, how to build wealth. Now, look at those two different words. You got the law of attraction, how to attract wealth, how to manifest what you want, or how to create what you want, or build what you want, or set goals and achieve it. You see the distinction, the distinction is over here, we feel action is required. If you're gonna build something, you have to do something. If you're gonna create something, you have to do something. If you're gonna set a goal and achieve it, you actually have to go out there and get it. Over here, manifesting and attracting, you just sit and go, um, you know, I'm just thinking of what I want, and the universe is gonna deliver it to me. Where is it? So that's the problem today. Everyone's talking about this metaphysical stuff without adding in the other key ingredient, which is you have to act. There has to be a combination of both. So when you get your thinking correct and you're broadcasting on the on the billionaire brainwave, which is right in between alpha and theta, when you're broadcasting correctly of what you want, you are then motivated and inspired to act. You cannot wait to get out of bed in the morning and start working. You don't want to go to sleep. You're like that, you know. It's if you have a hobby that you love, right? And you're and you're downstairs and you're tinkering with your train set and it's midnight, and your wife goes, Will you come to bed? And you're like, Yeah, honey, yeah, I'll be in bed in a little while because you're having so much fun doing the thing you love. You don't care if you sleep three hours a night. Well, making money is the same way. If you get your thinking correct and you put together all the pieces of the puzzle properly, you get into alignment. All of a sudden, you just cannot wait to get out of bed and start working on creating the life you want. Because now the journey is the reward. We actually enjoy the act of creating versus the act of attaining or having. Quick example when you we were kids, and if you have children, you know, you're at the beach and your son says, I want to build a sandcastle. He doesn't say, I want to have a sandcastle.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_01He says he wants to build one. And even if it's crappy, it doesn't matter. The joy is in the act of creating. And this is when you get into perfect alignment, you have joy in creating, and it doesn't have to you, you're feeling so good, you don't you you're not waiting until you get something to feel good. You actually feel good right now.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you're just so powerful. You hit it on the head, man. Um, that's why I came up came up with this formula C T multiplied by A equals M. And really, it's not anything new when it comes to learning how to build and create, but what it does, it gives people a guide to us to remember like, wait a minute, there's a process to me getting this end result. So it's conscious thought multiplied by action equals manifestation. So first you must have the thought. The thought is the creativity, the creation, the imagination, the goal setting, whatever it is. And then you've got to take that action. If you don't take the action, the future that falls toward you won't be the one that you desire, you know?
SPEAKER_01And so Yeah, and you know, there's a scriptural for those who follow the Christian tradition, it says faith without works or action, faith without action is dead. It doesn't work. So you can have all the faith in the world, but unless you put forth some action, do some works, you're not gonna get a result. So what you just said is spot on.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, absolutely, man. What do you think the biggest misunderstanding people have about manifestation, other than just waiting for it to happen?
SPEAKER_01I'll tell you, I know exactly what it is. People have this delusion that you're supposed to be thankful, grateful, and appreciative all the time. Okay, now don't don't don't click off here, don't shut me off, don't get pissed off here. But you can't be living 24-7 in a state of gratefulness, thankfulness, and appreciation and expect things to change. So think about this you get in your crappy car and you go, I'm so thankful and grateful and appreciative for this crappy car. Thank you, God, thank you, universe. Why is it gonna change? That's not what's gonna happen. So, what actually has to happen? Do you remember uh a trainer named Jim Rohn? Jim Rohn actually, yeah, Jim Rohn, fantastic. I love Jim, good friend. He actually was the mentor of Tony Robbins, but Jim Rohn was the sweetest guy in the world. I mean, you couldn't find a nicer person, and he shocked everybody when he said the number one emotion that you need to have if you want to attain things in life and achieve success is disgust. He said you have to find something in your life that disgusts you that you will not tolerate anymore, that you will not stand for another minute. I am not gonna accept this. And when you do that, you clearly know what you don't want and you contract energy pissed off. And then from that point, you don't live there, by the way. You don't live that all you don't live that 24-7. But when you visit that place, that's when you can clearly define what you do want. Then you write it down. That's critical, critical to get you motivated because now you have two things. You are you are being pushed away from the pain, you're you're being motivated to avoid that pain, and because you clearly defined what you want and wrote it down, you are now motivated toward going toward your desire, your goal, your objective. Those two things together are magic. This is how you get inspiration, how you keep and stay motivated, and how you have enthusiasm toward action, which will produce results.
SPEAKER_00I agree with you a thousand percent. That's really powerful. Yeah, and it makes so much sense. And that's why what I try to teach people uh is that um, you know, if you are a human being living in this third dimension in this real world, and you are only experiencing pure bliss and you never really understand that you have to face the emotions that they actually exist. You can't just pretend like they don't exist, all right? You have to understand that they're there and you don't live there, like you said, but you have to process and and that process of, like you say, disgust of like my financial situation, my relationship sucks. My whatever it is sucks. I'm tired of being in this situation. You got to get fed up. You're right, you have to be fed up somewhere somehow in order to even recognize that you want to make a change and take that quantum meet to the next level.
SPEAKER_01Correct. So you go through the cycle, and you know, the thing about it is I was taught this back in the early 70s. Uh, I was inducted into an organization, a society called the Brotherhood. And I learned this 40-point algorithm. We didn't use the word algorithm back then. That was that's the fancy word today. Back then it was just like a formula or a set of steps or a recipe. But there were 40 points to this that I was taught. And I don't know if you remember W. Clement Stone. He co-wrote a book called Success Through a Positive Mental Attitude with uh uh Napoleon Hill. I was invited to Clem Stone's house.
unknownWow.
SPEAKER_01I'll tell you a quick funny story. Now, Clem is a multi-billionaire, you know, he started combined insurance, but he was also a positive thinker and started Success Magazine. Love positive thinking. That's why he wrote the book Success Through Positive Mental Attitude. So I went to his house and on his desk, he's an old, you know, he looked like he came out of the 1920s, slick back hair, pencil mustache, you know, all opulent room. He had this box on his desk, which I didn't know was a cigar humidor. So I sat down and he was a big cigar smoker. So we sat down, he opened up the humidor, flipped it around, put it in my face. There's all these cigars there, and he says, Do you smoke? I said, No. He says, Would you like to start? Oh, okay. But Clem Stone called this, and he knew it. He used it. He called it the success system that never fails because it's a set of steps that if you follow it, you actually get results. So I was taught, I was given, if you will, the entire puzzle all put together with all the puzzle pieces on total success in life. And so all I did was just apply. I was really good at following instruction. So I applied it, generated billions in sales, and I taught it to others. And here's the fascinating thing most people, if they're even taught the system or the steps or given the recipe, they don't follow it. And I'll give you an example of this. When I was a kid, my mother, she grew up in Italy, great cook, everything was cooked from scratch, but she wasn't a baker. So I won't even watch TV, and there was this baking show where they made cakes. And this one show they made a butterfly cake. It looked like a butterfly. And I'm thinking, how did they do that? Well, you could write in and get the recipe. So I wrote in, got the recipe. I'm a little kid. I get the recipe as pictures. So I go to my mom, I want to bake this butterfly cake. I need some ingredients. Uh, I need flour. It says here I need cake flour. She goes, here you go. I go, no, Ma, this says all purpose flour. She goes, That's the same. I go, no, it's not the same. If it was the same, it would have said any flour is fine. They're all the same. It doesn't say that. It says cake flour. She's like, All right, I'll give you some cake flour. I said, I need a stainless steel bowl. She gives me a bowl. I go, Ma, this is a plastic bowl. There's no difference. I go, Ma, it doesn't say any bowl is fine. There's no difference. It says stainless steel bowl. They're giving, they're saying stainless steel for a reason. Well, this went on and on. I finally get all the ingredients proper, follow the instructions. And I'll never forget the first instruction was put the dry ingredients in first, you know, the flour and the baking soda and sugar, and mix it up thoroughly before you add the wet ingredients. Then slowly pour the milk in. So it gave these very specific instructions. So I make the cake, the family comes over on Thursday night, I give it, everyone's blown away. It's fantastic. The texture of the cake is made, it looks beautiful, it's perfect. And my aunt says, I could never do that. So what do you mean? Can you read? Of course I can. I get the instructions right here. I go, if I did it, I'm a kid. Anyone can do this. You just have to follow the instructions. I could never do it, she says. I'm gonna come over the house, Auntie. We'll do it together. So I go over the house. Now remember, this is my sister, this is my mother's sister. The same DNA. So I'm over my I'm over my aunt's house. You know where this is going. We need some flour. She goes, I go, no, we need cake flour, not all purpose. It's the same. I go, it's not the same. I go, we went through the same thing with her. And then here's the bad. Then she gets the bowl and puts in the milk first. And then she starts throwing it. I go, what are you doing? It says here you have to put she goes, there's no difference. It's all going to be mixed together anyway. I go, I'm leaving. I'm leaving. You're not following the instructions. Don't expect to get a good cake. Well, guess what? The cake sucked. There was no good. And then she goes, I told you I couldn't do it. All you had to do is follow the instructions, but you didn't. And I would suggest to everybody listening, if you follow just a couple of the instructions on how to be successful or how to attain your goals, a couple of them, you'll get some results. The more, the closer you follow the instructions, the better results you will get. But most people don't follow the instructions.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Yeah, that's so what a great story, man. That's phenomenal. Because you know, it's and it's so true. Like when I'm doing my classes sometimes, I'm teaching in my private mentoring. You know, the first thing uh these entrepreneurs they have to uh they have to give me is a business plan. I want to see a business plan, a model, and a deck and an executive summary, which 98% never have. It's how long you've been 20 years. I've been in business for 20 years. Send me your executive summary. I don't have one. Send me your business plan. I don't have one. Have you done any research in your field, in your genre, anything? No, none. So I always have to get them to that process. And then I give them the instructions. I tell them exactly what I want to culminate this perfect model or model that can be then tweaked to be perfect at least. Uh, and they usually, you know, they come back without with missing steps, no, no field research. No, no data, no competition research, no this, no that. I'm like, this is not gonna be a model that's gonna do it. Well, I've been doing this for 20 years. But why did you come see me? You came to see me because there's something missing in this 20 years that's not adding up for you, right? Why would you even need to improve or get better or get to the next level? You wouldn't need me at all if you knew what you were doing. So you have to kind of break down that subconscious coding, that programming and part of the ego, and then you got to kind of help them rebuild it. It's so bizarre, but it's there, and that's that's what the need is for this kind of self-improvement, you know, teaching. It really is important. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. And you know the reason why people don't follow the instructions or people self-sabotage their own success is they have counterintentions. Nobody in in the self-improvement field talks about this because quite frankly, no one know knows about it. Sometimes they talk about limiting beliefs, but they don't really comprehend it. I was taught this in the brotherhood back in the early 70s because I could see energy from the moment I was born. So I could see the energy. So when I broadcast from my brain a desire or thought, I could see if I would move it up into gamma or if I moved it into alpha or theta or delta or beta or whatever I was, I could see how it would affect the energy in the universe. So the the billionaire brain wave is to be able to broadcast your desire, the picture of what you want, right at the bottom end of alpha at the top end of theta. That's the billionaire brain wave. If you're in if you're in the beta, then you're in the slave wave, the poverty wave. So you want to be in that manifesting wave or that billionaire brain wave or that wealth wave. But when I was working with these guys, we we learned, because I could see the energy, that there is counterintention. So let's say that you're putting out a frequency or a desire. I want more money. Good. So you're putting that out, but you feel like there's a headwind. You feel like there's something invisible there that's holding you back. You you almost feel like you're swimming upstream, or you feel like you're walking up a mountain and you get a thousand pounds on your back. There's something that's wrong, and you know it. You it's like, why is this why why do I feel like there's something pushing against me? That's called counterintention. And where it comes from is it comes in your DNA from your ancestors, and it comes in your own memory from this lifetime, and if you if you buy into the idea of previous lifetimes, but at least lifetime where you put decisions. I'll give you an example. Let's say that by the way, researchers now, scientists in major universities have documented that if in your ancestors, as far back as seven generations, if there was a trauma, let's say that you were in a concentration camp or you were slaved and beaten and so forth, that trauma is in your DNA and it vibrates 24-7 beneath your level of conscious awareness and it works as a counterattention. So watch this one. You're saying, I want to make more money. But your grandmother was very religious, and she said, Money is the root of all evil. It's easier for a camel to walk through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. The poor will inherit the earth, the rich are gonna go to hell. So all of a sudden, you have this counterintention around money from a religious standpoint, and you're trying to make money, but this energy is going, no, you don't, because you're gonna go to hell. You're not gonna go to heaven. It you have count invisible counterintention. You have to clear this out of your own memories and your DNA, whether it's relationship, and if a lot of counterintentions are relationships, you know, so and and maybe you put one in yourself. You come home and your uh lover is in bed with somebody else, and then you go, I'll never trust another woman. Well, now you have something in your in your it's like a lock. And so every time you get into a relationship, you have this subconscious thing going, I'll never trust another woman. Now you don't trust her, and then it causes friction in the relationship, and the relationships can't you can't flourish. So unless you clear out counterintention, you're gonna have all these self-sabotage actions where you know you get the business meeting to make the deal, and then you get drunk the night before. Yeah, and you show up late and you and you blow the deal. Why would you do that? Well, you didn't do it consciously, but you did it subconsciously. So this is a very we talk about that in the book, Your Wish is your command. And this is what I was taught, how to clear those counter intentions out so that when you're trying to create something in your life or attain a goal, you don't have headwinds, you don't have something pushing against you. You ideally you want the you want the wind at your back, you want all the doors open, you want all the lines greased, you you want a clear road, you don't want a traffic jam, you want everything clear as you're moving forward, and you and you and you can get there. When you get there, all of a sudden stuff just starts happening almost like by it feels like by magic.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, no, you hit it on the head again, man. This is so good. This is really so. I hope y'all are listening to what this man is saying. He's talking about epigenetics, something that had been talked about for the last 30 years. And initially, it was uh scoffed at by the academic and scientific community until it was then scientifically proven through real rigorous research and study of the genes, and they discovered these epigenetics hidden in the code of a human being where you're you're literally living your past ancestors' memory and vibrations in your current life. People go, I don't know why I'm depressed, I don't know why I'm anxious, I got a great life, I don't know why I'm angry all the time. All these sub-layer thoughts and frequencies and vibrations that are coming from the epigenetics, you hit it on the head again, and uh a lot of people aren't aware, they don't even know that they have these other energies acting on them, you know. And I've I've gone through it myself. I mean, I remember I had a huge opportunity. This is probably like going back uh 35 years, uh a big company. Uh a friend of mine was a good friend with another company that was getting ready to become really huge. And he walked me in the door to get me this contract. All I had to do was show up to the meeting with my marketing company. And uh it was a big deal for me. I was making about maybe 180,000 back then, which was great money back then, but this would have taken me into the multi-million dollar status status. And the day that I I had the meeting, I woke up that morning, I came outside to get my car, I had a flat tire. I said, Oh my god, I got a flat tire. I'm sorry, uh, you know, what am I gonna do? I didn't feel like changing the tire, and nothing in my brain said you should just call a taxi. So I just called my friend and say, tell them I can't make it this morning because I have a flat tire. See if they can get it rescheduled. We're going into the power of the city. Well, it never got rescheduled. Right? I never got to the meeting. The person I checked in a few weeks later, hey, can can you get me this meeting? They went with somebody else. That company today, I can't even give you their name. They became a billion-dollar Fortune 500 corporation, and the account that they brought on became a multi-million dollar uh fortune company as well. So Minnesota, but you know, again, that's that epigenetics, that self-sabotage. Right at the edge of expansion, I collapsed inward, you know, and uh I became a white dwarf. You know, some some sons, when they expand, they expand, you know, they run out of fuel, they don't go supernova, they just collapse inward and become a dense dwarf. And that's actually that's actually what happened to me in that moment. The benefit though is what I was able to learn from that lesson and never let that happen again. But that was a powerful lesson to learn, my friend. A powerful lesson to learn.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it it is critical. And somebody always says, Well, how do I get rid of these counterintentions? I mean, I do a series of processes that I they were run on me. Now, for example, there's uh in counterintention on communication. Do you ever there's a lot of people, all of us, we talk and talk and we communicate, and we always feel like we're not being heard, most people know or we're being misunderstood because of the emotional. Well, there's a there's a block on communicating. And if you can't communicate, you can't be successful in life. Most people don't know that I stuttered when I was younger, and and and that I am still to this day tongue-tied. I just recently went to a new dentist and she looked at my mouth and she goes, How can you even speak? Your tongue is tied to the bottom of your mouth. I go, I know I'm tongue-tied, but no my whole life. She goes, How can you talk? I go, Well, I can still I can talk. I couldn't talk when I was younger, but now I can actually talk. So there's a communication block, and you have to clear those out as well. But when you when you look at the counterintentions, there's something that somebody can do. When you have counterintentions, one of the first things that you start doing to self-sabotage is you don't see yourself as successful. You see yourself as an unsuccessful person. You have self-doubt, you don't have confidence, you see yourself maybe as unlucky, maybe you see yourself as a loser. In our day, we used to call it having an inferiority complex.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_01Which means we felt inferior to everybody else. He's smarter, he's bigger, he's more, you know, he's more masculine, he's maybe he's sexier, he's right. Everybody else is better than us, right? There's nothing we walk in the room and we're like we're like the worst person in the room. Everyone else has something on us. Right? We're inferior. Now, if you don't see yourself as somebody who's wealthy, somebody who can hold on to wealth, create wealth, somebody who's lucky, somebody who love people love to do business with, and you start putting out and even writing down your goals. Interesting. You're I'm I'm a millionaire, I earn a hundred thousand dollars a month, you know, I drive a nice car, the car of your dream. You start writing out your goals. And you start picturing in your mind you actually attaining that. And you try to feel right now as if you would if it was true. Guess what happens? It doesn't align with the image you have of yourself inside you. Now there's a conflict. And you don't even feel good. You don't even like to write down your goals, you don't like to think about what you want because for some reason you don't feel good when you do it. So that because it conflicts with it, it's not an alignment, it's not in residence with the image you have of yourself. Therefore, you have to, and by the way, this was talked about in the book you're I'm sure you're familiar with it, psycho cybernetics, the original one by Dr. Maxwell Maltz, not the one by Kennedy, but the original one by Dr. Maxwell Maltz, written in 1959. He talked at length scientifically about how this works. But he didn't really give you the steps. I teach the actual procedure that you sit down and you write, I am the kind of person that, and then you write down certain things and you start to deprogram the existing image that you have, you basically break that down, throw it away, and then with a clean slate, you create a brand new image of who you are. This gets rid of the counterintention. Now, when you say, I want, you know, a new Mercedes, I want, you know, some fancy clothes, some alligator shoes, I want a Rolex watch, all of a sudden it lines up what you want, and you feel good, and you actually start believing that it can actually happen, that it's possible. Where before you knew it wasn't possible, you didn't believe it. You could write it down and you could say affirmations all day long from now to doomsday, but you never really believed that it was true, and therefore it never happened. So, this is unless you change that image of yourself, nothing else is gonna change in your life.
SPEAKER_00So, yeah, absolute facts, man. Those two have to be on the same frequency, otherwise, it's just counteract counteract balancing frequencies, and it won't work. You're two opposite polarities, and uh yeah, I see it all the time. People will say something but not really truthfully believe it, and you're right, it's just not gonna happen because it doesn't match, it's not matching with your inner vibration, the true at your core, what you really do believe, and that uncomfortability is there. You're so you're so right about that. So when we talk about that, and then what role does gratitude, in your opinion, actually play in the manifestation process?
SPEAKER_01Okay, you know, it's it's I I do something in my house uh called fly on the wall training where somebody comes in and actually lives in my mansion with me. We have a lot of bedrooms, uh they get a nice beautiful suite, and they live with me for 24 hours and they can't talk, they can just observe and take notes. And then at the end, they they can answer questions. And that's how I learned success because my dad was a welder, my mom was a homemaker, nobody went to college in my family. I didn't go to college, we didn't have any money, blue collar, average, you know, working. We call them working stiffs, you know. We were, you know, hourly wage guys. Working on so I never saw what success looked like. So I had to go into people's homes and actually look, oh, that's that's how they actually talk to people, that's how they treat other people, that's how they talk out loud to themselves, that's how they motivate themselves, that's how they training or make a list of things to do, that's how they use a filing cabinet, that's how they you know delegate stuff. Wow, I didn't know any of this stuff. So I have people come over and they actually watch. And one of the things they start at three o'clock in the afternoon because tomorrow starts today. So the reason they come in the afternoon, it's like happy, it doesn't matter. Tomorrow is starting right now where I'm planning the next day. And at night time, when you on the first night that they're there, I walk around the house. But I did this when I was in prison, I did it when I'm in a mansion, I do it no matter where I am. Yeah, I walk around the house, I give myself five, ten, fifteen minutes right now, and I put myself in a state of thankfulness and appreciation and gratitude before I go to sleep. Now, when I was in prison, I was thankful that I had a pillow, and I was thankful that I was safe and it was warm, and I was thankful that I had a mattress and it wasn't sleeping on a on steel anymore. So you can find anything to be thankful for, right? And I was thankful that I had books to read. I was thankful that I, you know, I could I had a yard I could go out and exercise. So you look for anything to be thankful for. When I'm in my mansion, I'm looking at the Bacchara Crystal Chandelier, I'm looking at the Rolls-Royce, the Bentley, and you know, all the stuff. And sure, you can be thankful. But you also have to take a moment and think about it and look at it because you you don't look at it all day, right? So take a moment and be thankful. And then I I say my prayers. Remember when we were kids, we used to get on our knees on our bed and say the prayers. And what do you mean? And the way we were taught to say prayers is first you say, God bless mommy and daddy, bless you know, that my my my auntie Rose, and you blessed all the people you love, but you also asked God to bless the people you didn't like. Remember, we were taught, bless your enemies, right?
SPEAKER_03Don't click off here.
SPEAKER_01That's gratitude and thankfulness and appreciation. And then the second part of those prayers were and thank you, God, for you started thinking of all the things in life you could be thankful for. Thankful that I have food. I'm not going to bed hungry. Thankful that I have, you know, uh all my limbs. Thankful that I thank you. Whatever. So that's where thankfulness, gratefulness is in. That's not what I'm saying. But then in the morning, so what actually has to do, guess what I do? Uh I now start looking at my bank accounts, and instead of being thankful and grateful, I go, they're not big enough. They gotta be bigger. They gotta be bigger. Now I'm getting mad. Now I start now. I'm playing a game. I have to be competitive. Michael Jordan said in his documentary on Netflix that he would before every game figure out something that pissed him off, that he would have to like show somebody. And he's like and many times he goes, he would make stuff up so he could get pissed off. I'm gonna show that guard. Yeah, he actually creates some game. Yeah, so he has to create some some game in his mind. So that's those are the two things. So you you do have gratefulness, thankfulness, appreciation, but you don't live in that 24-7. You visit that and you go through this dance. That's when you can dance is what uh if done properly, is how you have a good time, you're enjoying your life, the life is full of passion and excitement, enthusiasm, and you attain what you want in life.
SPEAKER_00Beautiful. I love it, man. And so, with that being said, well, how do you personally define the subconscious mind?
unknownWrote it down.
SPEAKER_01There's actually three areas of the mind. There's the analytical mind. This is the one that looks at facts, it's the one that can only see what's on the radar screen. It's analyzing data, it's looking at the facts. Here's how much money I make, here's how here are my bills, this is what I can afford to save. You're looking at facts. That's the analytical mind. Then you have the subconscious mind, which is the mind that operates below your level of conscious awareness. You're not aware of what's there and what's vibrating and what your beliefs are, what your thoughts are. It's below your level of consciousness. Then you have the reactive mind, and the reactive mind reacts. So this is where you get your buttons pushed. Oh, he pushes my he pushed my buttons. Oh, I just got triggered. That triggers me. That means your reactive mind is being triggered. That means you don't have any control. If somebody does something and you go, oh, there makes my blood boil. I go, Really, even you have no control. I can control you like a puppet on a string because all I have to do is say this word and I can piss you off. I control you, you don't control yourself. So if you eliminate the reactive mind, you no longer react to anything, you can respond with conscious awareness, but nobody can push your buttons because you don't have any buttons to push. This is what gives you power. Some people call this how to control the mind. So when you're in a situation and and something happens that you don't want to happen, but you just go, you know, I'm gonna I'm gonna handle this instead of getting irrational, having an irrational and uncontrollable emotion. If you eliminate that, man, you are in control. There was we were when I was in prison for contempt of court, I wasn't charged with a crime, but I was there for eight and a half years. My brothers over there, we would play basketball, whatever, and they would get triggered all the time. And I go, I go, Look Leroy, come here, come here, come here, slap across the eyes. Come on, man, control your mind. Don't let that guy control you. And all these guys today, many of them are millionaires because of the training that I gave them when they were in prison. They came out, cleaned up their act. A lot of them were drug dealers, uh, they cleaned up their act, and there's one guy who makes a million bucks a month uh with an online business, went from drug dealer, broke a million bucks a month. But he says, What you taught me about being able to control my emotions by controlling my mind and not being able to get triggered, man, it made me feel like Superman. It made me feel like I am in control of my life instead of I'm out of control and I'm being, you know, affected by everything else around me. I affect everything else around me now instead of everything else around me affecting me.
SPEAKER_00Right. Yeah, that's incredible. That's what you know this is where I tell people you you gotta give space between stimulus and response. And that's that reactive mind you're talking about. So many people are instantaneous responses, so many, you know, they're triggered right away. They don't even have a break in between to analyze the situation and like coherently understand what just happened, process it, and look for a solution to the problem, or maybe even just ignore it completely. Maybe it doesn't even deserve any of your attention at all. Right. Um, and I'm guilty of that. I've done that in the past as well. You know, I've responded to something instantaneously without giving that space between stimulus and response. And usually when you do that, you end up with a bad result.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and you always say something like, Oh, I didn't mean to say that. Or if you didn't mean to say it, why'd you say it? Right, exactly because you reacted, it wasn't you, it was the reactive mind throwing something you didn't think. So it wasn't a conscious statement that you made, it was uh it was sub, it was not even subconscious, it was a reaction out of the reactive mind. Because if you think about it, you wouldn't have said it. Then you go back and say, I'm sorry, I didn't mean that.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, okay.
SPEAKER_01Well, good. If you eliminate that part, you become incredibly powerful. And that's that's and that's we we we call it clearing the reactive mind or freeing the reactive mind so you don't have that. This is part of the mind training that I teach in the book Your Wish is Your Command, how to control the mind so that you can control your life. But I'm gonna give you one one probably the greatest kept money making success secret of all time, which you cannot find in any book on success or making money that I don't think anywhere. And that is this your income is always The average of the five people you spend the most time with, you actually become identical to the five people you spend the most time with. Think about this, and this is scary. If you are hanging around your neighbors who are at the same income level as you, unfortunately your relatives and your dumb stupid brother-in-law. If you're hanging around them all the time, you cannot. It's virtually impossible for you to rise up and succeed. You have to spend massive amounts of time talking with, listening to, talking with, listening to, talking with, listening to people that make more money than you, that are bigger thinkers than you, that are more successful than you. It rubs off. Success breeds success, and success rub off. Aristotle Nassis, richest man in the world at the time, back in the 60s, in shipping. At the end of World War I, he lost everything. The Turks came into Greece. He he grew up in Greece, they took everything away. He escaped from Greece, went to Argentina with nothing. He said just the clothes he was wearing, nothing else, no money. And he was flat broke sleeping on in a park. He knew in order to become successful, he had to be around successful people. Even if it meant just being in the same room, so he could pick up, as he said, their energy. So he would go to like a country club and work as a dishwasher, just so he could be in the same building. That's where he started. Within a couple of years, he became very successful again. Within a couple years after that, a multimillionaire. And within a few years after that, the richest man in the world. Just he said the number one critical thing was associating with and developing friendships with rich, powerful, successful people. It rubs off. I was in California, the Altman brothers. They're on uh the Bravo TV series uh million dollar listings. They started off flat broke, two single guys living in a one-bedroom apartment, one guy living in the in the sleeping in the in the uh living room, the other guy in the got the bedroom. They had no money, but they would go to Beverly Hills when they were starting their real estate business. Today they have a billion and a half dollar real estate business. He said they would go to bars or restaurants and they would get a club soda because they couldn't afford a drink. They couldn't afford an alcoholic drink. That's how broke they were. But they would sit there so they could sit next to somebody that was driving the Ferrari out front, or this guy had the Bentley over there. And he just they just wanted to be next to them. And they they would look and it would piss them off. They would leave them going, why them and not us? And if them, why not us? And it would motivate and inspire, but they listened to how they talked, and they started picking up those speech patterns, they figured out how they thought, and they started picking up those with that way of thinking. They saw how they walked, they saw the saunter, you know, they had a little little, you know, they they felt good about themselves, right? They're a little going on here. So they started duplicating that, and that's what became successful. I had a friend of mine growing up in Massachusetts, I grew up in Boston. We had a really all of us had Boston accents because we were in Boston, you know, pocket a cat and hobby. Yeah. One of my friends goes to college in South Carolina for one semester. He comes back at Christmas and he walks in, we're all meeting our buddies, and he goes, How y'all doing? And we all looked and going, Steve, how y'all doing? What? Well, he picked up that fast the speech patterns. If that's true, that means if you're hanging around people that are at the same income level as you, you're never gonna make any more money. Because the way rich people talk, the speech patterns, the speed they talk, the way they use, the words they use, it's different. And you gotta start picking up that that modus operandi, that way of speaking, that way of thinking, that way of acting for in order for you to become successful. Otherwise, you cannot. So I'm gonna warn everybody, and this is this is I get hammered for this. You mean I have to give up my friends? Yes, yeah, some new friends. I'm sorry. What about my relatives? Well, you can't find new relatives, but you can spend less time with them. I mean, I'm sorry, but that's just the fact. It's the fact. Don't get mad at me. I'm just I'm just the messenger here, but that is the fact. Your income is gonna be the average of the five people you spend the most time with. And I'll tell you something else. It's also who you're listening to on TV or YouTube or whatever. If you're watching TV shows of dysfunctional families non-stop, then you can't have a good family. You're gonna have a dysfunctional family. If you're watching, you know, Jerry Springer nonstop, how in the world do you think that you can then leave that and have anything different happen in your life? Show that my wife and I watch, you know, you're too young, you don't know this. Heart to Heart. It was a show back in the 80s.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I'm 55, so yeah.
SPEAKER_01And it's about this rich, handsome guy who's an industrial, super wealthy, has a butler, and this gorgeous wife, and she's super successful. And guess what? They love each other, they're always hugging and kissing, they talk to each other, they respect each other, they solve crimes. Okay, but forget that part. But they have this cool life, they're not dysfunctional. So my wife and I watch that because that's the type of programming I want to put in my brain. It's like I want to have that loving relationship where we're always hugging and kissing each other, always holding hands, always talking to each other, respecting each other. She respects me, I respect her, and you know, we we enjoy each other's company. That's what we're being programmed. We're not watching some sitcom with some dysfunctional family where everyone's screaming at one another. You know, you can't do that either. So, this is this is a real critical thing. If people want to become successful, you're gonna start programming yourself with success by observation, the people you hang around with and the and and the type of programming that you're watching.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you're right, man. And even, you know, on your social feeds, uh, the algorithm is the same algorithm that runs the universe. It's what they put into these social media feeds. It's not there's no difference because if you go to your popular page on Instagram or YouTube or whatever, it will show you what you're most likely interested in, the algorithm that you're on. So if you want to get a check, I tell people you want to get a heat check and find out where you are up here, open your popular page. Take a look at your popular page. Is it full of naked women dancing around or half naked men dancing around or street fights and battles and riots and all kinds of crazy stuff going on? Or is it full of motivation, inspiration? Is it being set up like you know, luxury items, yachts, flights to you know great destinations? Is it like a dream board? Or is it a whole bunch of just trash? Because if it is, that's the algorithm that you're on. It's not gonna lie, it's gonna tell you your algorithm. You've got to start going to some more positive sites. That's brilliant.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I'll tell you what, I I'm I'm I'm taking that because what you just said is absolutely brilliant. I am absolutely taking that, and I will give you credit for the first week or two, and then after that, no.
SPEAKER_00Hey man, take it, brother. Well, it's all about sharing the knowledge, you know what I'm saying? It's all about sharing it, man. You know? Yeah, man. I love I love talking. I could talk to you for 10,000 hours because we're on the same vibration. I mean, I even do the same program. You have a something called the Billy Club, a playoff of my name, Billy Carson, but the billionaire club. So yeah, in that particular, it's a very limited program, but people come to stay with me for 48 hours. And so we're on the same, we're on the same exact frequency. It's scary. I love it, man. I love it. This is incredible.
SPEAKER_01But when I'm down in Fort Lauderdale again, uh, because I'm actually looking at a place now, uh, we'll definitely have to hook up.
SPEAKER_00Yes, absolutely. We gotta do it. We gotta do some in-person podcasts as well. We there's so many. We can do part two through part 20 of podcasts, and I think it'll be great for more people to hear your message and get your books. And by the way, what's the name of that newest book you have now?
SPEAKER_01The newest book is this one here. It's called Your Wish Is Your Command, How to Manifest Your Desires. Uh, it's it's really really being called The Think and Grow Rich of Our Time. It's available at Amazon and kevintrudeau.com. You know, there's one thing we didn't talk about today. Maybe when we do another one is overcoming adversity, because that's another critical aspect. If a person wants to become successful, successful people are not people without problems, they're people who overcome problems. The real question is how do you handle adversity? What is the mechanism that you can use adversity as a springboard to greater success, as Napoleon Hill said, and he actually got it from uh John D. Rockefeller in every adversity is the seed of a greater benefit. And he got that from John D. Rockefeller. So that's really a critical thing. And we could spend a lot of time on how to deal with adversity. I could share all the adversity, quote, adversity that I've dealt with, like eight and a half years in federal prison without being charged with a crime, being held for contempt of court because of a book that I wrote that the government didn't like, which now that the new administration is, like them or not, they're they were the you know, with the Make America Healthy Again movement with my book, Natural Cures. Now that's all resolved because everything in the book was correct.
SPEAKER_00Exactly. Crazy. You were ahead of your time, man. You were just ahead of your time. And I love the adversity talk because that's a key piece that people need to understand. How do you overcome the adversity? Because too many people out here are worriers, but they're not warriors. And you have to understand it's all about solving problems, finding solutions to your problems instead of worrying and crying about them and taking that low vibrational energy towards them. So we'll definitely come back and do a part two on overcoming adversity. I absolutely love that. And I'll make sure there's links to your book in the capture of this video and the audio. Uh and your website will be linked as well. And where else can they find you on social media?
SPEAKER_01I'm all over. I have a uh YouTube show called Kevin Trudeau Limitless on YouTube. We have all social media accounts, of course. If they go to kevintrudeau.com, all the links to all the social media, plus I have a lot of free stuff there as well. Uh, nuggets of gold, which are little nuggets, such as successful people are always willing to do what the other guys are not willing to do. You could basically do an hour on that.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01I mean, that's a nugget of gold. So I have a whole bunch of them. They're all free at kevintrudeau.com and a whole host of other things as well.
SPEAKER_00Amazing. Everyone, make sure you follow Kevin Trudeau. Go and buy his books on Amazon. His books are amazing, including all of his health books, which I have a copy of. I don't know how many are still in production, but I have all the books. And uh just a great, uh, great human being, great person, great mind, and a great motivator. Thank you for coming on today, man.
SPEAKER_01Billy, great to meet you. Looking forward to seeing you in person.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely, it's gonna be fun. We're gonna do this again in person, 4K. Love it.
SPEAKER_05That boy needs forbidden knowledge. That boy needs forbidden knowledge. Forbidden knowledge.
SPEAKER_07He asked questions that should not be asked.
SPEAKER_06He opened the book.
SPEAKER_07Which book? The wrong one.
SPEAKER_05That boy needs forbidden knowledge.
SPEAKER_07Immediate containment advised.
SPEAKER_05He attempted to redirect his attention.
SPEAKER_07He started speaking in symbols.
SPEAKER_05Symbols. Symbols.
SPEAKER_07Symbols everywhere.
SPEAKER_05That boy needs forbidden knowledge. That boy needs forbidden knowledge.
SPEAKER_07His understanding accelerated rapidly. We administered the standard evaluation.
SPEAKER_06Make them work.
SPEAKER_05That's boy.
SPEAKER_07We underestimated the stuff.
