To a few people tonight. Got some knowledge to drop on y'all tonight. What's happening? What's going on? What's up, Jessica? Juan. Got some people calling on these accounts here. What do we got? Multipreneur. I like that. Mr. Ab. Okay. What's going on? JBM, Jonathan. Magic Styles. Jim, New York. Alright. So I'm going to drop a little bit of knowledge on you about self-sabotage. Alright? Because it's one of the problems that I'm seeing a lot of people struggle with right now. You know, in my mentoring programs and my coaching classes. Self-sabotage is a huge, huge situation. So I'm going to talk about that tonight. All right. While giving y'all just a few more minutes to let a few more people start to come in here. All right. We got YouTube popping over here as well. Mom Seven Son. I can barely see some of these. Jules, what's going on? All right. Cape Coral, Florida. Wow. Okay. Olga from Australia. Good day, mate. We got David. Just call me for Souls. What's happening? Goddess 888. Okay. So we have I got two devices running concurrently. I got one device on TikTok and one device on YouTube. Both are vertical. And I just want to capitalize and take advantage of my time and save time. Right. So fortunately, we can uh we can do two things at once. And tonight's talk is going to be on self-sabotage because self-sabotage is a serious problem that a lot of people are struggling with. And we've all uh kind of fallen victim to ourselves in self-sabotage. We've all kind of done it to ourselves, right? And you know, so what really is self-sabotage? It's when your actions repeatedly work against your own stated goals, right? So you you set your goals, you set your intentions, you can be doing all of your affirmations, you can have a dream board, right? You can have a vision, you can even have the motivation to accomplish this, but something gets in the way, and you can't figure out what it is sometimes. It seems like everything starts cranking, right? Momentum starts to build just a little, and then all of a sudden, everything comes screeching to a halt. And all of a sudden, all these problems, issues, situations just pop up seemingly out of the blue, like they just came into existence. You can't really detect truthfully where they came from, how, when, why, where, what's going on, how come this? Why come that? And the problem is often we haven't looked in the mirror. Okay, we haven't taken a look in the mirror and said, Let me replay my last 20 conscious thoughts and actions dealing with this particular opportunity, this particular um situation, this assignment, this job, this business decision, whatever it is. Let me replay the last 20. The last 20 things I thought about and then acted on. And what result came out of those actions or non-actions? And if you sit back and meditate on that for a minute, you're gonna see something very interesting. You'll begin to realize that some of the disruption in your Ford momentum and what you were working on was yourself. It was yourself, right? Because your stated actions are going against what your goals and your vibration is, you have a mismatched frequency. You're saying one thing internally, you don't feel it. And so because you don't feel it the same thing that you're speaking, your survival mechanism kicks in, and then you actually start disassembling everything you've been working on without even realizing that it's you that's actually doing it. You never people most people don't realize it because we don't have the awareness to see that we're the ones actually disassembling everything we built, brick by brick, literally, brick by brick, we are literally disassembling everything we stacked up. Because the subconscious mind, it it may want to, it wants to feel familiar and safe. And when things start to become uh what's perceived as potentially not safe, meaning potential for failure, potential for ridicule, uh, potential for more accountability. When those things pop up, what happens? The subconscious says, danger, danger, danger, Will Robinson. We must protect. And so then the subconscious, without you even realizing it, it gets behind the wheel of your life car and it starts driving and it starts going in a different direction. It's not even going in the same direction that you're going in, right? And so now you're veered off course, and because you're veered off course, the self-sabotage that's the that's the beginning stages of the self-sabotage. Self-sabotage is a real, real thing. And see, your subconscious, it doesn't know the difference between living in the stone age and having um saber-toothed tigers and woolly mammoth threatening the village, you know, or 2026 and social media and businesses and entrepreneurship and jobs, relationships, it can't tell the difference. All it knows is keep you safe. So it triggers this mechanism of fight or flight in the body. Your nervous system is on heightened alert. The blood leaves the frontal lobe and goes to the back of the brain, and a lot of the blood is reserved into your limbs for getting the hell out of there. And we're not even in the same situation as our ancestors were thousands of years ago. We're probably sitting at a cubicle or at a chair at a desk like I am right now in air conditioning. It doesn't know that. All it knows is keep you safe. So it's a survival mechanism. So don't get mad at it and don't get mad at yourself, more importantly. Just bring the awareness to what's actually happening. You move into this potential situation where now you're leaving outside of your comfort zone, and this opens you up to risk of failure, right? Risk of flopping, risk of losing money, risk of embarrassment. All these different risks are running through and cycling through your nervous system. So your nervous system is on heightened alert and it's panicking, it's creating this cortisol release and everything else because it's sending signals to the brain, the brain's releasing cortisol. All right, your body's in this in turmoil, you're having like an internal typhoon. So, what you have to do is you have to begin to talk to yourself. You gotta take a step in the direction of whatever that objective, goal, uh, decision, whatever it is you're working on, you have to take a baby step. One small thing, whether it's making an important call, um following up on an invoice or a proposal, whatever, I don't even know, whatever it is. Take one small step. Don't try to hit a big chunk of it, one small step and then stop. One small step, you stop and you you talk to yourself. You see, I made that important phone call, and look, we're safe. We're safe. And by the way, this is recommended by psychiatrist uh psychiatrist doing this. We're safe. This tells the nervous system that you're okay, that there's no danger. You took that baby step, then okay, you pass through that. Now let's take another baby step. Let's make another call. Uh, do another whatever it is, you know, do this thing over here, whatever, whatever it is that you're working on. Just take some small steps, more steps in the direction of where you need to go, and then stop again and then talk to yourself. See, I'm okay, I'm safe. We are safe. We're okay. There's nothing dangerous here. We're moving in the right direction. What's happening is you're training your nervous system and your subconscious simultaneously and letting it know it's okay to step outside the box, outside the comfort zone. It's okay to take this risk, it's okay to actually uh take these chances in whatever it is you're working on because you're safe. You're reassuring yourself that you're safe, and that is the signal going right through the subconscious, right into the subconscious, right into the nervous system. And once you relax the nervous system and you get the subconscious to calm down and recognize that you're taking steps in a direction that's actually potentially beneficial, and that even if something goes wrong, you're still safe. That's the most important thing. That technique, I'm telling you, it works like you wouldn't believe, right? Because to your subconscious and to your nervous system, success is gonna bring visibility, it's gonna bring, it's gonna bring responsibility, it's gonna bring expectations, it's gonna bring change. And the nervous system and the subconscious don't like massive changes in a short period of time. It just doesn't like it. It really doesn't like it. And so what it does is it says, we gotta we gotta lock down this avatar body, we gotta lock down this consciousness. I need to get in that driver's seat and take over, and we gotta save ourselves. We're in danger. But that process that I just taught you, it will help you get out of that situation, you know. Some people destroy opportunities because they fear what success will demand from them. You know, if I become successful, then I then then I've got to do this, then I've got to do this. You know, I told a story before. I was uh this is going back about 30 years ago when I had my um my my my marketing company, my old-fashioned marketing company. This is pre-internet, you know, this is classified ads, remnant TV space, cheap remnant TV commercial space, you know, that weekend infomercials. Um, you know, those that's the kind of stuff that I did. And um I contacted a friend of mine who had another company that I was looking to partner with to run a particular campaign. And this campaign was gonna really do very well. I knew I already knew because I'd done something similar before, but I didn't scale it this large. His company was pretty much scaled to where I knew I can explode this opportunity. And uh I went to him and I told him, look, you know, you're gonna make probably three times the amount of money you're making right now, and it's not gonna cost you anything. I'm fronting all the cost and all the risk. And his first response within seconds to me was if I make that much money, I'm gonna have to pay more taxes. I said, wait a minute, hold on, hold on, hold on. I said, yeah, but you're making more money. Yeah, but if I make more money, then I gotta pay more taxes. I can't do this because I I'm gonna have to pay more taxes. I said, but you don't understand, you're making more money, so you're gonna pay more taxes. Who cares? You're still making more money, even with the pay taxes. He panicked, he freaking panicked. His subconscious kicked in. I recognized it. I just sat back and I just watched it. I was like, oh man, this ain't even him anymore. He's gone. This is somebody else running this guy's body. I just watched it, just take him over. Like Agent Smith effect from the matrix, just jumped in his body, took him over. I said, okay. So you think it's the taxes that has you horrified, but it's really your fear of scaling and your fear of accountability. Oh no, no, no, I'm telling you the taxes, man. I don't, I just don't want to pay more taxes. I said, okay. So I, you know, look, you can't, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink because you're thirsty. I can't be more thirsty than him for his own self. So I went and gave the opportunity to somebody else. Fast forward, his company went out of business and crashed uh during the um uh the real estate market collapse. And the other guy who I gave the opportunity to, he was able to fight through the real estate market collapse and is still in business today. And we made a lot of money together. And so the guy who was panicking about having to pay more in taxes, even though he was making more money, ended up completely collapsing. He self-sabotaged himself into a box that was so small he couldn't survive the real estate market collapse because he lost a lot of his clients as they all went bankrupt or lost their businesses. So it had a it was a domino effect. And so it's this it's this fear of the success, it's this fear of the responsibility, his accountability. Now I've got to scale. Now Billy's gonna be relying on me, and this is a huge project. And what if this project flip-flops? What if it fails? You see? That's really what he was saying. It wasn't anything to do with taxes, it was zero to do with taxes, it was more about his fears. Really, it was all about fear, and it's okay. You know, we we all go through this, it's just part of the human experience. I saw it, I recognized it, I didn't put any more pressure on him. I said, okay, I understand, man. And I just walked away and I gave the opportunity to somebody else. Right? But again, it's that that's what destroys us sometimes is that fear. And what is fear? False evidence appearing real. It's false evidence appearing real, right? They fear what success will demand from them. And if you fear what success will demand from you, you will begin the self-sabotage process. I guarantee it. You'll begin to disassemble everything you built once the fear kicks in. You gotta recognize it for what it is. When you're working on something that has the ability to expand and be successful, and you feel that initial fear, don't try to block it. Feel it. Blocking it and act like it don't exist. That's the wrong thing to do. Now you're really setting yourself up for failure. Feel the fear, acknowledge it. So you got, I'm telling you guys, you gotta talk to yourself. I talk to myself all the time. You gotta talk to yourself. Like, where do I feel this fear in my body? I talk to myself. Where's the fear? Where is it hiding in my body? And I take an audit of myself, and sometimes, like every four hours, I'll stop and I'll sit down for about five minutes and I'll just say, where what was the last, what were the most dominant thoughts on my mind the last four hours? What's what's how's my body feel right there? Do I have any discomfort? Is there anything in my body that feels pain or is aching or dull? If it's fear, where's this fear hiding in my body? I'm gonna talk to that fear. I'm going to talk to it. I'm gonna talk to the pain, I'm gonna find out what's in there, what triggers in there, what thing from the past, what shadow is in there. I'm gonna talk to it, not in a dominating way, in a loving way, like, hey, I see you, I understand. It wants to be seen, it wants to be heard, it wants to be known. Hiding it will only make you sick. You talk to that fear, like, hey, I understand that you're feeling this fear. Now, what exactly is this fear linked to? And just be quiet and listen. And all the reasons for what that fear is linked to will begin to rise to the surface. I tell people, if you see me talking to myself, don't worry, I'm getting expert advice. I guarantee it. You gotta talk to yourself, and then once you discover what that fear actually is about, then you can let yourself know, okay, I understand, I see you. Make sure you see that, let the body know you see, let that fear know you see that fear energy, you see it. But I'm gonna take a baby step in this direction because I feel this is right for us, and I'm gonna show you after I take this move, make this move, make this phone call, make this decision, take this action, whatever it is, I'm gonna show you that we're safe. So just relax, just stay calm. I understand that you you are there, you're there to protect me, and I appreciate that. But we're gonna move forward. Now I'm telling you, if you think this is corny and you think it's foolishness, then don't do it. But if you want to make a shift and a change, if you want to get over fear and self-sabotage, then please, by all means, do exactly what I'm telling you to do. And you will transform. I guarantee it. These are the small things that hardly anyone knows about that can literally make a decision or make a make a difference between massive amounts of abundance and a significant lack of abundance. You see, another problem that goes along with self-sabotage that will rise to the surface is procrastination. Procrastination is emotional avoidance. And sometimes you're not avoiding the work, you're avoiding the possibility of the rejection, that rejection fear, the criticism fear, the failure, or the discovering that you know you're not perfect in wherever this thing is that you're doing. And this lack of perfection or this uncertainty of your ability to complete that mission has now created procrastination. So you put it off, you put it off, you put it off, you dabble in it, you put it off, you dabble in it, something happens, you make a phone call, you take a call, you take a text, you swipe, you swipe, swipe, swipe on social media. The next thing you know, two more days have gone by, and this thing ain't done yet. It ain't even really started yet. Procrastination is like a cancer. And that's also a version of self-sabotage. The procrastination is is so deadly because it creeps up on you slowly, little by little by little, all of a sudden, the next thing you know, two weeks go by and the thing still has not been accomplished, whatever it is. And that puts you behind the eight ball, and that then in turn adds more pressure and more stress, and your body's releasing more cortisol hormone. And now you're now you have anxiety, and then finally you just give up on it. Say, I forget this. You know, it wasn't gonna work, it wasn't gonna work anyway. You start telling yourself lies. Ah, it wasn't gonna work anyway. These are the things that we do, you see we. Gotta tap in, you know. And thank you, everybody, in the live chat. What's happening? We appreciate y'all. Thank you for hopping on. And so these are the things that we we gotta tap in, we gotta understand. This is what's really going on with us. And then once we figure that out, boom, things transform. You transform first. Once you transform, everything on the outside of you transform, right? Because every change starts on the inside. That's where all the transformation begins. It all transforms on the inside. And then when the inside is transformed, everything on the outside of us around us begins to change because it has to change, because our vibration has changed, it's different. Every interaction, everything we do, it just transforms. Things that are things that no longer serve you, they're cut. Right? Then the universe brings you something else that does serve you, that does serve your greater good, that does serve your purpose. You begin to fall in alignment with that. And anything that's not serving your greater good and your purpose, it's cut, it's gone, it's out of there, right? And so perfectionism is another issue. Perfectionism is procrastination wearing expensive clothes. Perfectionism is procrastination wearing expensive clothes. It's an illusion that we paint for ourselves. I'm a perfectionist. I it's gotta be, it's gotta be perfect. I gotta I gotta dot every I and cross every T. Oh, it ain't ready yet. So take it back to the drawing board and start all over again. I've been dealing with a perfectionist over the last couple weeks, and it's been hell. Okay. I'm talking about going back and changing this and changing that. And when that's changed, go back and change this and change and go back and change this and change that and go back and change and I'm like, look, okay, I see what's going on here. This is this is a hamster on a wheel. This is his wheels just spinning. The hamster ain't going no damn where it's nothing but procrastination. That perfectionism is nothing but procrastination. And it's dressed up all nice and clean and got the great, you know, the nicest brands on, and the the swagger or whatever y'all call it these days, right? The drip or whatever y'all call it now, you know, and it looks good, but at the same time, it's not what you think it is. It's just it's just it's just procrastination. Waiting for the perfect moment, right? Uh, you know, I I tell you a story. Uh so y'all, some of y'all know, some of you don't know. I produce music. I've been producing music now for 16 years. Jeez, time is flying. 16 freaking years I've been producing music. And I have 340 songs in global distribution right now. Uh, a lot of songs that I produce for other artists. Some I produced my own albums are out. Uh, one of the albums that I produced in 2018 was on Billboard for eight weeks in four categories. Four for Forbidden Knowledge. I have songs on TV shows, I have songs in documentaries, songs on movies, I have songs in TV commercials, I've got licensed songs that play in shopping malls. A lot of y'all listening to my stuff, you have no idea it came from me. You have no idea. Because I'm not, I, you know, I'm not, I'm not uh wearing grills and hanging out in clubs and going to sparkling bottles and and going on, you know, doing all this foolishness. I'm sitting in a room, you know, with a beat machine and pro tools. And sometimes I send my stuff out to get some live violin or some other uh you know live uh uh live music put on it, you know, lay it, bake it, you know, bounce my files down. Then I do the mastering myself and then put it in the global distribution through my own record label. But anyway, the point I'm I'm trying to make here is 340 songs I put out. I know artists right now, today, that if I got them on the phone while you're on this live and asked them, hey, where can I hear your music? Now, these people are when I talk about phenomenal, they put me in the dust. Phenomenal, phenomenal artist. Zero songs in production and in uh distribution, zero songs in distribution, zero, zero, and they've got catalogs of hundreds, and in some cases, thousands of songs, and in those thousands, there are dozens of absolute hits. I've heard them, I listened to them for hours. Nobody in the world will ever hear them. Some of them have timed out, in other words, they've aged because some of them weren't timeless, so they were built to the design for the sound of that time period, so now they've aged out since they weren't timeless. I I like to do timeless music, so I most of my music is timeless, you know, so it can just continue on and play and play and play and play and play or whatever, you know what I'm saying? And but these these some some of these artists they build things for a particular style for a particular time, you know, and so some of it's aged out. So that's just waste. They've just gone to waste because you can't put it out now for sure. These perfectionists haven't put anything out in years. I'm talking about since I've known them, so that's 16 years, and spending countless hours in the studio, countless dollars, spending a lot of money. I have my own studio there, going to studios and stuff. I'm like, what are y'all doing? What's what's what's happening here? This is the ultimate, ultimate self-sabotage and procrastination. I've never seen anything at this level. I've never seen this level before. You know, waiting for the perfect moment for the perfect song. It's not right yet. I gotta add this, I gotta add that sound, I gotta add this flute, I gotta add this tone, I gotta add this bass. And it was just over and over and over and over again. And I'm like, man, you're just looking for excuses to go back to the beginning and never get anything done. That's fear that led to procrastination and self-sabotage. Literally, that's all that is, you know, your identity may be fighting your goals, your identity might be fighting your own goals, and you can't consistently outperform the identity that you hold about your own self. So if you secretly believe that you are undeserving, incapable, unlucky, right, your behavior might keep proving that belief. Your behavior may keep proving the belief that you keep subconsciously telling yourself. You could be telling yourself, man, I'm not that good at I'm not the, you know, this guy's a better producer than me. I'm not as good as him. What right do I have to put this song out? What will they think when they hear my song? They're gonna think, man, this guy sucks. He's not that great of a producer. You start telling yourself all these stories and making up all this stuff for whatever it is you're working on, you know. Negative talk becomes self-programming. You begin to self-program. I call them ants, automatic negative thoughts, because they kick in in a heartbeat. Boom, here they come. You know, the doubt, the disbelief, like who am I? I don't, I don't deserve this, and all this stuff. We gotta get this, these thoughts, we gotta catch them, we gotta stop them in their tracks. We gotta be aware that it's not the truth, it's a lie that's being told to us for ancient protection purposes, but those days are gone. This is a new dawn, a new day. And you're gonna get back in control, back in the driver's seat, and you need to drive your life. You see, a lot of people are repeating statements all the time, like, I always mess things up, or nothing works for me. And you know, those become instructions that literally influence decisions and expectations. What you don't realize is those thoughts and those words are program codes, they're not thoughts and words as in things that you would utilize just to communicate. Everything you speak and everything you think is a program code, literally, a program code that interacts with this fractal holographic matrix and sends data and signals into the into this field, the quantum field. And we begin to program it to our own will, and sometimes without us even recognizing the will that we're putting out into the universe. We have to become self-aware. Once you become self-aware that it's you that's creating a lot of this reality, not all of it, not all of it, but a lot of it. And when you recognize that, then you can be like, oh, I see. It's me that's attracting this energy. It's me that's putting myself in this situation, it's me that's allowing this to happen. It's me that's doubting myself. It is me that's talking bad about others and myself. It's me that says, I don't deserve this and I don't deserve that. I'm feeling it inside. So I can be speaking, I want to, I want to manifest $100 million. So I'm gonna manifest 100 million, I can say with strength and oomph, but internally, if in here I'm feeling like, oh, I don't know. Yeah, I might do it, I might not. I don't know. If that's the feeling I got, what I'm speaking out doesn't matter because the vibration inside mismatches. And so I've got a mismatched vibration, and because I'm not like this, I'm like this. The universe is gonna pour over me ambiguity, things that I have no idea what the hell's happening. It's gonna be all over the place because I have a mismatched vibration, and then that mismatched vibration and all those random things falling over me to my you know because the future falls towards you. Now it looks like I'm failing already, so now I'm self-sabotaging and procrastinating even more, and then I finally give up. See, this is the process that actually happens. So again, it's all about talking to yourself, it's not about ignoring, don't ignore it, recognizing it because now you have the awareness that it's happening. So now that I've shown you how to see it, you can never unsee it. So the next time you self-sabotage, the next time you procrastinate and you allow it to progress, it's only by choice. It's only by choice that you allow it to continue. Now it can start because the subconscious is running all the time. But if you don't stop it, then you're allowing it to continue. And then you have to be honest with yourself again about you are you're just allowing, you're going with the flow. You recognize it, you saw it, you see it, you understand it, and you say, Yeah, I'm participating in this. Right. So what does that mean? It means that we have to learn how to talk to ourselves. We need to see the feel and see what's happening within ourselves with the fear. Acknowledge it. Tell yourself you're okay, take baby steps, small baby steps in the right direction of what you're working on. Little by little. And once you do that and keep affirming to yourself that you're okay, take another baby step, you're okay. You see, nothing happened. Training the nervous system, training the mind, train the subconscious and keep moving forward. Recognize the self-sabotage, recognize the procrastination for what it is, and stop it in its tracks. Don't allow it to control you anymore. You get behind the driver's wheel of that vehicle called life, and you start driving yourself down the road. Okay, that's how it works. That's how it works, y'all. I'm gonna be doing some very spiritual classes and workshops along with self-improvement and ancient civilizations on my next Egypt tour on the Nile. So on the Nile cruise, we have a Nile uh conference room on the boat. We have our own ship. Nobody else is allowed on there but us. And so during certain times of the day in the afternoons, I start teaching. So I'll do probably like four or five lectures on the tour. And uh we just have a really great time. Lectures on ancient civilizations, wisdom teaching, self-improvement, spirituality. It's really good stuff. I mean, for like two hours at a time, like real good conferences, real good lectures and classes. At the end of the tour, you get a certificate of accomplishment with your name on it and the Egyptologist name, and I sign it as well. You can put it in a frame and a diploma frame or whatever you want. Um, but if you're interested in coming and registering for that next tour, you gotta register and at least get on that waiting list ASAP because the the 2026 tour, which starts in a couple of weeks, has already been sold out for months. But we're booking now for 2027, and that's gonna be gone within a month and a half. There'll be no more spots left. So at least get on that waiting list. So click that link in my bio uh on this YouTube account. It's probably in the caption of this uh video on YouTube, TikTok. It's in the bio. Click the link for the Egypt tour and register ASAP and uh get yourself on that list, all right? And we'll hang out for two weeks in 2027 in Egypt. And uh, you'll come to my classes, we'll visit ancient sites, we'll go underneath the pyramids, we'll see underneath these structures what's down there. We'll go hiking in a five-mile underground labyrinth beneath the steppe pyramid. I'm gonna take you to the halls of a mente. Okay, I'm gonna show you the rejuvenation chambers. You're gonna touch them with your own hands, you're gonna take pictures by them and post them on social media. I'm gonna take you under the sand of the Sahara Desert, beneath the sand, stories deep, and show you some things down there that are gonna blow you away. Things you don't even see on TV, documentaries nowhere. They don't show them, but I'll take it to them. So register ASAP, the links in my bio or in the caption of this video. Thanks for hanging out tonight. Hopefully, something I said tonight impacts you in a positive way. All right. I love y'all and I'll catch y'all later on. All right, peace.
